Modules
Welcome to the NatAlli Mentoring Course Modules
Part of the broader NatAlli Mentoring Programme, these course modules are designed to support mentors and highly educated Ukrainian women on their journey toward impactful entrepreneurship and innovation.
Developed by Impact Hub Amsterdam, the four ready-to-use modules form a flexible online course. Each module includes a mix of teaching methods and materials—slides, video links, case studies, discussion prompts, individual and group exercises, and recommended readings.
These resources are designed to build practical knowledge and skills for those who aim to drive social and economic regeneration in post-crisis contexts. Whether you’re a mentor or a mentee, the content can be easily tailored to your specific needs and goals.
Mentoring Skills
Many Ukrainian women have strong professional backgrounds but face barriers such as language challenges, cultural adaptation, and rebuilding networks. A well-structured mentorship program can help them gain confidence, access opportunities, and build a sustainable career path.
Entrepreneurial Skills
Mentors should impart entrepreneurship skills to mentees because these abilities are critical for navigating and overcoming challenges in uncertain environments. Such skills empower mentees to innovate, adapt to changing circumstances, and take on leadership roles.
Leadership
Leadership can be an abstract notion but is crucial for entrepreneurship as it drives innovation, growth, and success in today’s dynamic business landscape. Entrepreneurial leaders provide clear vision, make informed decisions, inspire teams, and navigate challenges effectively. This module focuses on building soft skills such as resilience, enhancing self-confidence and motivation, self-reflection and evaluation as well as goal setting.
Culture and Context
By focusing on psychological well-being and work-life balance, the module helps participants develop resilience and emotional regulation skills, which are vital for adapting to new cultural contexts and managing the stress of relocation.
The peer connect aspect of the module is particularly relevant as it facilitates the creation of supportive communities and professional networks, enabling knowledge exchange and emotional support. Support with integration and country-specific information is crucial to empower mentees to access essential services and resources, thus accelerating their integration process in their host countries.
