Use your capacity assessment scores to guide your growth. Your scores will help you reflect on where your strengths as a mentor lie and where you might want to build further confidence or refresh your knowledge. You can use this overview to decide how much time you’d like to dedicate to deepening your capacity in each module.
On the NatAlli Platform, you’ll find tools designed to support both your development and support for your mentees (see the “Example” column). For example, if you scored lower on Legal and Finance-related topics, you might want to revisit Tool 2.4: Legal Structures. If your scores are strong across the board, wonderful! That’s a solid foundation for mentoring others and contributing actively, and sharing your knowledge and experience.
