Use your capacity assessment scores to create the Mentorship Action Plan together with your mentor.
Your average scores will help you prioritise areas to develop as a mentee and how many hours you wish to spend increasing your capacity in each category. You can do this together with your mentor.
On the NatAlli Platform, you can find tools you need (See the “Example” column). For example: if you score “low” on Business Model Development, you know to look at Tool 2.3: Environmental Analysis.
